Abstract

|
The practical guide to diagnose memory disorder was introduced. The neuropsychological ass essment, the most valuable method for the early diagnosis of covert memory dysfunction was introduced.
I suggest needs of these following strategies for the early detection of hidden memory disorder First, to develop diagnostic measures for the early detection of the affected patients is needed. Second, comprehensive diagnostic approaches by the
cooperation of multidisciplinary professional team consisted of an internist, psychiatrists, neurologists, a social worker, a nurse are needed. Third, community-based supports such as nationwide registry of the patients, economic sponsorship, and
brain
bank system for research are needed.
